SalaryDue to continued growth, Imperial Systems (Mercer, PA) has a new opportunity for an entry / mid-level Mechanical Design Engineer. This position will focus on the design of custom Industrial Air Filtration Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop engineering drawings of complete industrial dust and fume collection systems.
- Develop Bills of Materials.
- Perform basic engineering calculations.
- Effectively communicating with project managers, sales, manufacturing, purchasing and customers (as needed).
- Ability to multi-task, handling multiple projects from “cradle to grave”.
Requirements:
- Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Min.).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD w/ a working knowledge of Solidworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- HVAC or Industrial Ventilation experience a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
