As a System Engineering Electrical Integrator, you will:
• Lead Weapon System Electrical Integration activities: power modeling, channelization/ electrical interconnect management, compatibility analysis, and review of electrical subsystem designs to assure compliance with the technical baseline
• Maintain end to end electrical compatibility, functional allocations and margins across Weapon System elements and organizations
• Coordinate complex trades to determine the baseline architecture incorporating components from heritage systems as well as newly developed systems
• Serve as technical advocate for the Weapon System electrical design throughout its life cycle, from requirements definition through mission operations.
• Verify that the Weapon System complies with both the Command Media and program technical requirements
• Participate in development and execution of critical program milestone reviews such as SRR, SDR, PDR and CDR.
• Communicate to program and customer management and executive leadership extemporaneously and in formal reviews
• Support Weapon System verification, integration, and test activity planning & execution, and drive anomaly investigations to closure
• Perform data reviews and provide feedback to test and integration teams
• Identify opportunities for build flow and test efficiencies
Successful candidates typically have 9+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications
• Experience performing Electrical Integration functions- power modeling, channelization/ electrical interconnect management, electrical compatibility analysis, etc.
• Experience coordinating with multiple engineering functions (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Flight Sciences, Materials, Manufacturing, Test, etc.)
• Must have an active Secret Security Clearance
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance
Desired skills
• Experience with spacecraft/missile design, development, integration, or test, with knowledge of space, missile and launch systems at the component through system level
• Experience with telemetry systems, power systems, and/or electrical design
• Proven understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors
• Missile segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
• Proven track record to lead teams and get results without direct authority
• Active Secret or Top Secret DoD security clearance.

Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Colorado Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $100,400 - $192,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO); receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $115,500 - $217,500. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
