Description
 We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing our HubSpot CRM platform, NetSuite system and data flow, aligning them with our business objectives. Your expertise in HubSpot and NetSuite, combined with a deep understanding of business processes and data analysis will drive our business efficiency and effectiveness. You will serve as a crucial intermediary between our sales, marketing, and IT teams, ensuring smoother operations and strategic alignment. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• HubSpot configuration & customization: Customize and configure HubSpot CRM to align with our business processes. Implement and maintain custom properties, workflows, and automation, optimizing sales and marketing operations.  

• Assist in various departments to ensure NetSuite functions are set for optimizing workflows, automation, and business objectives. 

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze HubSpot data to provide insights into sales and marketing performance. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, identifying trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.  

• Integration management: Collaborate with IT and other teams to integrate HubSpot with other systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. 

• Training & Support: Provide training and support to HubSpot and NetSuite users, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with IT for complex problems. 

• Continuous improvement: Stay updated on new HubSpot features and updates, assessing their impact on business operations. Propose and implement improvement initiatives. 

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to understand their needs. Ensure effective communication and alignment with business goals.  

• Performs other related duties as assigned by management. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• This job has no supervisory responsibilities. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.  

• Proven experience as a HubSpot administrator, preferable with Super Admin experience 

• In-depth knowledge of HubSpot functionality, including configuration and customization 

• NetSuite development experience 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

• HubSpot certifications are highly desirable 

Additional Skills: 

Proficiency in HubSpot Professional/Enterprise Marketing and Sales Hub packages 

Experience with Zapier and WordPress
