Purpose & Core Values

Position Summary:

This position serves as a point of contact for stakeholders regarding product/service delivery that is core or specialized and requires system expertise. In addition, this position supports project execution by analyzing, validating, specifying, verifying, and managing the needs of stakeholders to achieve the scope and/or business requirements. Serve as the conduit between the stakeholders and Third-Party vendors and communicates results through developing reports, forms, and system administration along with assessing end user acceptance. This position works as an individual contributor and partners with other departments as well as leadership.

Essential Duties:

  • Process Optimization: Apply your process management and improvement expertise to enhance operational efficiency across various business units, aligning their activities with departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze high-level business and user requirements. Translate these requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for programming.
  • Requirements Management: Manage and track requirements throughout projects or implementations, adhering to best practices. Provide ongoing communication with the software developer and stakeholder to ensure functionality is accurate and deadlines are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive testing of end products or processes, evaluating functionality, usability, reliability, integration, and performance. Document QA activities and share test results with relevant stakeholders.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle procedures defined, to ensure high-quality work, meet deadlines, and follow change management procedures.
  • Change Management: Adhere to change management procedures when making any user, system, and member impactful changes to ensure we are maintaining system integrity.
  • System Administration: Manage the system administration of credit union systems to ensure necessary changes are made to support development, projects, and team member changes.
  • Report and Form Development: Complete request for report and/or form development, ensuring stakeholders assists with scope definition, layout, and user acceptance testing.
  • System Releases: Review department owned system releases to identify opportunities for process efficiencies and automation to further strategic objectives. Ensure stakeholders are informed in a timely manner of available enhancements and changes.
  • System Integration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new systems and technologies.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake any other duties as assigned to contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Education

High School Diploma: Required

Bachelor’s Degree: Preferred
