Seeking a Branch Manager for Our Growing Business in Wilmington North Carolina!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for leading, directing, and managing the infrastructure and staffing including interviewing, reviews, dismissals, and disciplinary procedures.
- Collaborate with corporate operations/executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance of branch operations.
- Work closely with corporate operations to identify areas to reduce cost and liabilities throughout the year.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date purchasing records, contracts, invoices, and receipts.
- Create and implement workflows and standard operating procedures for the branch.
- Train new/existing employees on internal and external processes
- Maintains effective communication, meet with, and work collaboratively with key stakeholders – not limited to property managers, inspectors, city and county offices, HOA representatives, etc.
- Ensures compliance with company, local and state policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Serve as liaison for subcontractors while managing bids, scheduling, job completion, and invoicing.
- Provides full supervision of staff, develop team with goal setting, coaching, reviews, and development planning.
- Remains involved in selling and servicing clients to ensure timely and proper completion.
- Drives business development, identifying opportunities for growth by strategizing to expand our market reach.
- Generates work assignments, manage schedules, set priorities, and assign daily tasks for branch employees.
- Collaborates with corporate operations, statewide and local managers/technicians to maintain cohesive communication and alignment of goals and strategies.
- Completes inspection repairs, specialized applications, and other field work when necessary.
- Projects a positive image of the company to employees, customers, industry, and community
- Attends job fairs and trade shows to promote the company.
- Uses company database, email, phone, and tablets to effectively communicate internally and externally.
- Assists with company budgeting forecasts and attends necessary management meetings.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Ability to Relocate:
- Wilmington, NC: Relocate before starting work (Required)
