Will perform a range of analytical studies and projects affecting major agency program operations including:
- Analyzes requirements to develop reporting systems, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodologies.
- Using quantitative and qualitative techniques, analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of program operations and systems and makes recommendations or modifications to correct any deficiencies.
- Compiles, reconciles, correlates, and summarizes narrative information and quantitative data.
- Develops procedures and systems for establishing, evaluating, and assessing the effectiveness of program operations.
- Develops detailed plans, goals, and objectives for the long-range implementation and administration of program activity.
- As needed, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating with other Business Units (BUs) service-wide to develop guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) relative to the function.
- Additionally, the incumbent will coordinate, when appropriate, with other units to develop individual sections of the Internal Revenue Manual (IRM).
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Junior to Mid-Level
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an administrative capacity.
- 3-5 years’ experience in the contact center technology domain.
- Must have familiarity with contact center concepts, terminology, and technologies.
- Skills and experience with Microsoft Office products specifically MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance,
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Hybrid - Candidate must live within 2 hours from a government facility.
