Systems Administrator

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's computer systems and networks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and providing technical support to our employees.

Duties:

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and hardware components
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement and maintain security measures
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users
- Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements or upgrades
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server Remote Desktop Services, Windows Server 2016, Customer Support, Ubuntu.
- Familiarity with network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
