SCHEDULE -
Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm
SALARY RATE -
Pay rate: $80,000 - $90,000 / year
The Ideal Candidate:
- Reliable and punctual
- Have the ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with CSD, Oracle and any ERP systems
- Experience in Microsoft Account Management and Microsoft cloud
- Needs to be a good communicator
- High level of attention to detail
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
ERP Support
- Monitor and maintain ERP processes. Communicates issues impacting ERP availability and coordinates resolution with IS staff.
- Support ERP user incidents and requests (Clear Account lockouts, stuck POs, Invoice problems, printing problems)
- Manage vendor support tickets.
- Manage RF Scanner connectivity, maintenance, O/S, software distribution, licensing.
Account Administration and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding and offboarding:
- Create, modify, and deprecate Microsoft access account
- Create, modify, and deprecate email accounts, groups, distribution lists.
- Create, modify, and deprecate 3rd party access accounts.
Windows Server Administration and Responsibilities
- Install, Maintain, and Patch Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer.
- Install, Maintain, and Patch Linux Red Hat servers.
- Maintain backups of data and email
Cyber Security Results and Responsibilities
- Ensures compliance with cyber security best practices and Johnstone Supply member requirements. Regularly communicates to all company employees to facilitate company awareness of cyber security threats and best practices.
- Coordinates with System Administrator II to ensure desktop system patches are current.
- Monitors system access, including logins and data resources. Administers remote system access for employees and vendors.
- Works with the IS team on MDR and EDR response and management, working with our Cybersecurity services (Mimecast, MS365, Vigilant and Fortinet).
QUALIFICATIONS -
Education and Experience:
Required: Minimum of four years’ related experience. Relevant training and certifications in Office applications, Network, Cybersecurity, Server OS, and Cloud Services
