The Systems Administrator is responsible for the secure and reliable operation of SENKO Advanced Components IT Infrastructure. The System Administrator will strive to continuously improve and keep up with the IT business needs of the organization. The System Administrator will also actively monitor the help desk system to resolve problems to limit work disruptions while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of SENKO's computer systems, IT infrastructure and virtualization
- Maintain computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate automation processes.
- Act as tier 1 and 2 IT support to troubleshoot hardware and software, documenting problems through the help desk system through resolution.
- Perform, monitor, and maintain regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes of data protection, disaster recovery and failover procedures.
- Provide technical support for all SENKO's SaaS (Software as a Service) applications including but not limited to NetSuite and Microsoft.
- Maintain SENKO's cyber security posture by ensuring patch management and IT security policies are adhered to.
- Manage MDM Intune and provide tier 2 support globally.

Qualifications:
- Batchelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Administration, or a closely related field, including military training certification required.
- 3-5 years of network or system administration experience required
- Knowledge of and experience with O365, Microsoft Azure and MDM (preferably Intune) required
- Strong knowledge of help desk procedures required, preferably ZenDesk
- Working knowledge of VMWare, a plus
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Experience with scripting and automation tools a plus
- Knowledge of cyber security and "Defense in Depth" strategies a plus
- Meraki / Fortinet experience a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10%

$65,000 - $80,000 per year
