Job Overview:
- Dynamic Sales/Marketing & Client Engagement: Utilize your expertise in sports and swimming to drive sales and foster relationships with swim teams, aquatic clubs, and potential customers.
- Event Leadership & Community Interaction: Lead captivating aquatic events with your skills in event coordination, personal training, and lifeguarding, ensuring safety and enriching experiences.
- Social Media Management: Produce content and engage with the community using your created social platform. Knowledge of photography, video production, and social media platforms is a must. Collaborate with influencers and content creators to raise brand awareness and expand social reach.
- Sales Commission: 10% commission on all sales to swim teams, swim clubs, and similar entities, and 10% commission on sales to retail stores. The rate of sales commission may vary based on margin and price negotiated, with a commitment to fairness and mutual benefit.
- Encouraged Schedule: Five days a week, totaling 22 hours, for impactful sales and event experiences. Workdays suggested as Tue-Thurs, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, and Sat-Sun, 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM. This includes dedicated days for social media, direct sales, and event coordination.
- Flexibility: Any deviations from the weekly hours must be communicated and approved in advance.
- Days Off and Flexibility:
- Preferred Days Off: Mondays and Fridays, with a flexible time-off policy for additional needs, requiring at least one week's advance notice.
