CyOne, Inc. is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Intelligence Specialist to join our team, focusing on our Wide-area ISR Discovery (WISRD) platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to develop their skills. Responsibilities include providing expert insights and guidance in ISR Collection Management, Targeting, and All Source Analysis using CyOne’s WISRD technology. U.S. Citizenship required. Current DoD Secret clearance is mandatory, with a preference for Top Secret/SCI.

Potentially up to 50% travel required for this position

The Intelligence Specialist will be expected to:

  • Participate in the development/support of Collection Management, Targeting, All Source, and Weather Effect workflows
  • Provide enhancement considerations, based on user feedback and best practices.
  • Ability to define problems, conduct studies, and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions utilizing WISRD’s unique capabilities.
  • Identify or validate ISR dissemination processes /system requirements that ensures a smooth integration of concepts within existing programs used.
  • Uses/modifies established methodology and contributes to collecting ISR (broad-based and domain/discipline-agnostic) products, applications, capabilities, and resources within AOR.
  • Responsible for researching, developing, and submitting collection and targeting requirements at the operational level and for subordinate units.
  • Prepare briefs, information papers, and presentations as required utilizing Microsoft Office family of products (i.e., Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Access)
  • Develop and maintain an electronic training resource, including key contact points, to be used for mission continuity accessible by all stakeholders.
  • Understand fundamental Targeting process Detect, Deliver, and Assess (D3A) and how to apply it to ISR/Targeting Tools.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with eight (8+) years of intelligence analysis experience OR ten (10+) years of intelligence analysis experience and specialized training without a bachelor’s degree.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain
  • Expertise applying advanced collection management tradecraft principles and approaches to satisfy unique intelligence information requirements
  • Military intelligence professional, ideally a recently separated US Army senior-level Non-commissioned Officer (NCO), warrant officer or mid-level Commissioned Officer with 5 years of solid ISR experience.
  • Collection manager and/or targeting experience at the brigade or division level.
  • Knowledge of current Army Information Collection and Intelligence Support to Targeting doctrine and Joint doctrine.
  • Ability to articulate Joint, Theater, and Coalition ISR capabilities, architectures, and collection management processes in support of the ground maneuver tactical commander.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • An experienced briefer, comfortable in front of senior officers and leaders.
  • Collection Management Certified Professional – Fundamental (CMCP-F)
  • Current Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Certification (or higher DIE Certification such as the CCMP-F) or ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire (https://dodcertpmo.defense.gov/IFPC/).
