Job Description:
Full-time opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career in public accounting.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility, under supervision, for small and medium-sized audit engagements, including the development of work programs.
- Have a working knowledge of the various professional standards of the AICPA and FASB.
- Prepare audit programs and time budgets.
- Assume full responsibility for compilation and review engagements.
- Recognize possible problem areas of an assurance engagement and assist in developing solutions.
- Train and supervise staff members assigned to an engagement.
- Understanding of the Firm’s practices, policies, procedures, and culture.
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years (Preferred) experience at a public accounting firm performing audits, reviews, and compilations.
- Ability to develop and maintain clients.
- High level of intelligence, integrity, honesty, motivation, and aptitude for the profession.
- Must maintain strict client confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time.
Salary: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
