Position Summary
Provide administrative support for the company and CEO and marketing assistance to Director of Sales in a fast-paced high performing environment. Duties include general clerical and project based work. Project a professional company image at all times. Outstanding performers will be considered for promotion to professional positions in sales or client service.
Position Responsibilities:
· Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, calendar management
· Support sales in assigned project based work.
· Working with design resources to create webinars, brochures, and advertisements.
· Updating presentations and drafting press releases.
· Conference preparation, evaluation and management.
· Evaluate variety of channels (including web, press, events) to maximize ROI.
· Research, price, and purchase office supplies.
· Maintain and track staff daily/weekly logs and schedules.
· Handle all personal administrative tasks for the CEO
· Consistently check and keep on top of all email correspondences (Outlook)
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years as an administrative assistant or marketing associate
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant Microsoft software Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Design, Net-Results and Salesforce knowledge a bonus.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Planning and organizing
- Customer service oriented
- Teamwork and ability to respond quickly to requests of management
- Undergraduate Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing preferred

Location:
The position is an on-site in-office position based in New York City (Midtown near Bryant Park) and offers an attractive compensation with ample opportunities for growth and learning. This is an on-site in-office position with 1 day a week remote work option after 6 months of employment.
