Making An Impact
Elemica is seeking a high-performing Senior Vice President of Global Marketing with Product Marketing and Demand Generation leadership experience. The incumbent candidate will build and manage the marketing team. They will partner with Product and Sales leadership to increase Elemica customer awareness and accelerate revenue growth. The VP of Marketing will be an innovative professional who brings deep Global SaaS leadership experience. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the VP of Marketing will manage Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Corporate Marketing teams. The VP will also manage the relationship with our external marketing agency to optimize performance and clearly define roles and responsibilities.
The SVP of Marketing will add structure to Marketing efforts and craft corporate and customer messaging strategies. The ideal candidate will deliver:
- World-class supply chain product messaging and content
- Existing customer expansion revenue that meets corporate projections
- New business customers that grow ARR over time
- Measurable, ROI-focused demand generation results

Responsibilities
- Deliver and manage Elemica’s marketing strategy, plan, budget, and results
- Align Elemica’s marketing strategy to corporate strategy and revenue growth targets
- Build a world-class, high-performing supply chain marketing organization
- Define Elemica’s brand, messaging, design, and content strategies
- Drive exceptional marketing results from internal and external resources
- Manage Elemica’s external agency while balancing internal and agency roles
- Develop Elemica’s Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to increase customer revenue
- Showcase Elemica to customers and prospects at tradeshows, partner, and Elemica events
- Partner with sales, customer success, and partnerships to understand market opportunities
- Develop a customer marketing communications strategy to strengthen buyer relationships
- Present results, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership and Elemica’s Board of Directors
Requirements
- 10-15 years of Marketing Leadership experience at a global supply chain SaaS company
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred
- Demonstrated results in building a marketing organization and driving revenue growth
- Experience leading both product marketing and demand generation efforts
- Leadership experience at a Private Equity backed company is strongly desired
- Innovative product marketing thinker with visionary messaging and content skills
- Experience with and desire to partner with Sales and Product Leadership for shared success
- Based in Atlanta, GA, or Wayne, PA, or willing to travel biweekly to those locations
