We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
```Duties:```
- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and special requests regarding sushi menu items
```Experience:```
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role
- Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and presentation
- Familiarity with Japanese cuisine and ingredients
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent knife skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
