```Duties```
- Prepare sushi dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage and labeling of ingredients
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service
- Assist with menu planning and development of new sushi dishes
- Provide assistance to other team members as needed
```Experience```
- Previous experience as a Sushi Head Chef or in a similar role in the food industry
- Proficiency in sushi preparation techniques, including knife skills and presentation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
