SalaryPerforms general clerical duties by preparing, compiling and maintaining records in the operating room. Schedules operations: patient name, operation to be performed, name of surgeon, type of anesthesia, time required for operative procedures in computer system, under the direction of the Nurse Manager and Director of Surgery. Coordinates equipment, supplies and necessary personnel for procedures being scheduled. Education/Experience: High school graduation inclusive of typing course.
PC and AS400 knowledge preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology.
