Salary- Pre-op clearance - fill out form attach demo, surgical booking sheet & last office note when sending to surgery center/ hospital
- Send pre-op orders to urgent care / pcp
- Follow up on clearances - make sure you have in possession 3-4 days prior to surgery allowing enough time for anesthesia to review
- Inform law firm of procedure/ recommendation
- Provide good faith estimate
- Fill out all booking sheets
- Make post op appt
- Order home health - in advance 2-3 days prior to procedure
- Make sure all DME is ordered for procedure
- Cash pay- obtain payment in advance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
