Supports Coordinator (Immediate Temp To Perm Opportunity)

IMMEDIATE OPPORTUNITIES! Our client is seeking forensic case managers & peer recovery specialist in the Philadelphia area. Client prefers fully vaccinated Independent Contractors. Mental and/or behavioral health experience is required.
CLIENT'S SUMMARIZED DESCRIPTION OF CLIENT CARE WORKER
*Work with Families to support and participate with home & community resources
*Adhere to guidelines as set forth with company policy
* Monitor, document, and support Individualized servicet plans (ISP) and goals.
* Duties as assigned by supervisor
CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Bachelors degree required with up to 1 year experience in human services field.
* Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, State Background and Child Abuse (ACT 126)
* Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR, and First Aid Level 2 certification, & hepatitis B screener.
* Adhere precisely to interventions in treatment plan
