SalaryWe are searching for a Materials Support Coordinator for a manufacturer in the Cranberry Township, PA area.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND RESPONSIBILITES:
• Reschedule of customer orders in ERP system
• Entry and validation of customer order revisions in ERP system
• Run export compliance checks on customers and suppliers, remedy issues or notify stakeholders
• Send acknowledgements to customers
• Set up of new suppliers including banking callbacks
• Follow up on purchase orders and maintain data
• Manage routine report generation and distribution
• Pack and ship parts to be returned to suppliers
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others
• Basic understanding of MRP
• Ability to focus on details
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel
• Highly motivated, Positive attitude
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must be able to understand and follow procedures
Mon- Fri 8am to 4pm
$22 to $25 per hour

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
