Support Tech

Specific responsibilities are:
Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically
in a professional and friendly manner
Cultivate good working relationships with end users and team members
Document all pertinent information regarding an issue or request
Follow standard procedures and assist in keeping all procedures documented and
current
Escalate issues as needed to the appropriate resource
Install, configure and maintain desktop computers, laptops, tablets, desktop phones, printers, wireless devices and access points. Office/desk work, mostly sitting at a       desk responding to several forms of requests
Supporting several offices and jobsites with varying degrees of connectivity and
complexity.
