Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Mortgage Consultants to drive residential mortgage business growth.
- Foster relationships with industry professionals to generate leads and support borrowers in achieving their financing goals.
- Oversee the loan origination process, ensuring compliance and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for business growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Expertise in FHA, VA, Conventional, and other mortgage loan programs.
- Thorough understanding of federal and state guidelines, including TRID compliance.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in sales and leadership.
- Ability to consistently fund a minimum of $600,000 in personal production.
- NMLS licensing or ability to obtain state licensing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $500,000.00 per year
