PRIMARY AIM OF THE JOB
The Help Desk Administrator is in charge of administering all help-desk services, setting up, maintaining, and solving issues for desktops, laptops, and peripheral systems using the ticketing systems in place. This person will collaborate with vendors, service providers, and other technical staff to ensure the best levels of system availability and customer service. The role is also accountable for accounts management, system checking, and problem-solving. Additional activities include project management and helping with different infrastructure needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & TASKS
• Oversee daily requirements of the network system and end-user support.
• Interact with users, other members of the team and project managers in a positive way to deliver solutions above and beyond expectations within the timeline.
• Manage accounts, email access, and access to info.
• Project management (office/technical/workstation modernization), Technical resource management
• Install, keep and troubleshoot computer systems. Resolve hardware, software, and network problems by using the help desk incident tracking system. Review, respond to, and resolve work tickets appropriately and timely.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot systems and hardware for various electronic equipment such as printers, scanners, security cameras and other peripherals.
• Install and perform VOIP and Cellular phone troubleshooting and configuration.
• Prepare and deploy new employee desktop, laptops, printers and other peripherals
• Communicate, instruct, and train all levels of staff on fundamental IT functions and generic network procedures.
• Managing and maintaining a hardware/software list and ensure compliance with all licenses.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and vendors for problem-solving with tickets.
• Take initiative and develop a strong understanding of business functions and procedures.
• Improve user efficiencies by studying current practices and suggest potential modifications.
• Understand and adhere to disaster recovery plans as necessary.
• Translate technical language into non-technical understanding.
• Cooperate with others on a team to share information, resolve conflicts, and make decisions in all aspects of Information Technology and/or systems operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing ERP system and business issues.
• Configure and install personal computer software packages, software upgrades, and hardware peripheral devices.
• Evaluate, recommend and modify system's performance as needed.
• As needed, after-hours on-site and remote work will be required for emergency and normal maintenance.
• Order departmental supplies as needed.
• Handle special IT projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Respecting and enforcing the instructions and rules established in terms of health, safety and the environment (in particular the LISI golden rules)
• Correcting immediately, when possible, or by reporting to his hierarchy and/or the HSE department any malfunction or risky situation in the areas of health, safety and environmental protection
• Implementing preventive actions to reduce the environmental footprint and control health and safety risks
• Participate in requests, analyzes (of risks, incidents) and HSE working groups relating to their professional scope
• Know the main health and safety risks and the main environmental impacts relating to their professional scope
• Know the site's HSE policy and objectives
• Be proactive in improving working conditions and limiting the impact on the environment

• Participate to the Information System Security employees’ awareness
• Participate in the development and promote the Information System Security culture
• Be exemplary in terms of Information System Security, in particular by:
• Respecting and enforcing the instructions and rules established in terms of Security of the Information
• Correcting immediately, when possible, or by reporting to his hierarchy and/or the ISMS Manager any malfunction or risky situation in the areas of Information System Security
• Implementing preventive actions to reduce the Information Security risks
• Participate in requests, analyzes (of risks, incidents) and Information System Security working groups relating to their professional scope
• Know the Lisi Automotive’s Information System Security policy and objectives (GISSP, ISSP)
• Be proactive in improving working conditions and limiting the risk on the Information System Security

You should have proficiency in:

Salary info:
$60000 - $65000 / hr
