Job Title:Sales and Support Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting live demonstrations via web, following up with potential clients, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance, tracking interactions via CRM, and contributing to the achievement of company goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, familiarity with CRM systems, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct live demonstrations of our products/services via web conferencing tools to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads generated from demonstrations to answer questions, address concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or chat.
- Become an expert in the software solution that we offer.
- Track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the Sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for product improvement and enhancement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM system with relevant information.
- Assist in the development of sales materials, presentations, and product documentation.
- Achieve sales goals and revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to better serve our customers.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other company activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience conducting live software demonstrations or proficiency with web conferencing tools for live presentations.
- Proficiency with CRM software for tracking customer interactions and following up.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or technical support roles.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with using CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and managing leads.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Preferred: experience working in a library
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, sales or related field preferred.
Location: Hybrid - HQ in Pontiac, MI

Salary: $44,000-55,000 annually
