Responsibilities include
- Take and manage service calls and ensure timely response and resolution of customer issues
- Perform repairs or preventive maintenance on our products at various client locations
- Participate in training service technicians, and when required, technical staff in hospitals
- Handle customer service requests, including complaints (processes, tools, and documentation)
- Process orders received for parts or service for Umano Medical products
- Ensure follow-up with the customer from request intake to completed repair, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain documentation of all service cases or service requests
- Ensure timely communication of all relevant problems and information received from customers regarding products to the engineering department
- Collaborate with other departments on various projects (related to after-sales service)
- Assist in the implementation, update, and adherence to various instructions and procedures
- Support the customer relations manager in planning the work of technicians and service clerks
- Provide Technical Support to technicians, service clerks, and subcontractors.
- Monitor and analyze parts inventory
- Perform any other related tasks

Requirements
- DEC or Bachelor's degree in a related field or any combination of experience and training related to the job
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience in customer service or after-sales service
- Experience in product Repair andTechnical Support
- Knowledge of Office suite and Outlook
- Availability to travel

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
