Job Description
Looking for a Support Engineer III who will be responsible for supporting our client's robotic operations teams as customers. Day-to-day work in supporting these customers includes change management tasks and troubleshooting of our client's Robotic systems, robots and work-cells.
Responsibilities include the timely execution and approval of change management tasks, resolution of technical support tickets opened on a support portal as well as resolution of issues opened via a Chat channel.
The Robotics tech support team is the first line support for any issues fulfillment centers globally experience. Fulfillment centers will open tickets and say something is wrong with the robotic equipment the team will then troubleshoot, look through graphs and dashboards to read metrics and understand trends to help resolve the issue.
This role is looking for application support background, NOT IT support.
Basic Requirements:
- Application troubleshooting
- Familiar with Queries, know how to run a query for data pull (SQL)
- Remote software troubleshooting
- Strong passion for working with robotics/ or has worked with robotics is highly preferred
- Intermediate working knowledge of Linux/UNIX system at a user level
- Knowledge of AWS cloud services, networks and SQL/ relational databases
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- BS Degree in computer science or related STEM discipline is preferred
- Detail oriented with very strong oral and written communication

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
