Under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Legendary People, this position will support several areas of human resources management for the TXRH Support Center.
The areas of HR include:
•Employee Recruitment & Selection
•Recruitment Analytics and Reporting
•Employee Relations
•Employee Engagement
•Employee Communications
•Education and Development (to include orientation)
•Project Management
•Establishes strong partnerships the management team by supporting, coaching, developing, and educating leaders throughout the Support Center.
•Supports the TXRH culture to include promoting and supporting a culture of respect.
•Conducts training at the Support Center on Human Resources related areas, to include new employee and new leader orientation.
•Partners with the Staffing Team as needed to ensure staffing needs are met in the Support Center. May assist with recruitment analytics and reporting.
•Stays abreast of changes in state laws, statues, wage and hour, etc.
•Consult and advises management on employee relations/performance issues and ensure adherence & compliance to legal guidelines.
•Promptly reports any compliance related concerns to management and works through appropriate resolution.
•May represent organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
•Conducts, and maintains required documentation for HR related investigations.
•Represents TXRH at career fairs for recruitment and brand awareness purposes.
•Facilitates the exit interview process for all voluntary terminations.
•Managing other HR projects as needed.

Requirements:
Education: BA in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication or other related field required.
Experience: 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience that includes experience as a HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Specialist or HR Consultant that specialized in staffing and employee relations.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Other Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication required
