Willie’s Joynt Café, located in Texas Roadhouse Support Center, is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced employee for our Cook position. Responsibilities would include:
Responsibilities
- Assembling food orders to completion
- Meeting and maintaining all food and plate specifications
- Meeting established cook time standards
- Understanding and following prep sheets
- Using and following recipes
- Coordinating food items from other line positions
- Understanding and following proper safety and sanitation practices
- Removing trash
- Keeping workplace, equipment, floors and walk-ins clean and organized
- Properly using, cleaning, assembling and disassembling appropriate equipment including: Grills, Fryers, Dish Machine, Slicers, Three compartment sinks, Ovens, and Stoves
