Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the Supply Chain process - Oversee procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop production plans and schedules - Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control measures - Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement lean principles in the Supply Chain - Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence - Implement Kaizen methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste - Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for the purchase of goods and services - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure Supply Chain performance Skills: - Strong knowledge of Supply Chain management principles and practices - Proficiency in production planning and inventory control - Experience in implementing lean methodologies and driving continuous improvement - Excellent negotiation skills for supplier contracts and pricing agreements - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
