Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager of Supply Chain Implementation is responsible for directing, implementing, integrating, and optimizing all HCA facility-based Supply Chain Assessments for both new acquisitions and existing facilities. This position has overall, companywide responsibility and oversight of Supply Chain assessment integration activities in support of HCA existing facilities, acquisitions and third parties. This position is also responsible for identifying and recommending new process or enhancements to improve facility-based performance on receiving, distribution, inventory management, and replenishment processes. This position is expected to continuously evaluate, trial solutions, and develop proposals for ways to improve Supply Chain operations and reduce supply cost as well as standardize Supply Chain policies and procedures across all HCA operating divisions.

What you will do in this role:

• Developing and implementing standardized operating assessments for existing HCA facilities and acquisitions
• Responsible for implementing assessments for new facility acquisitions
• Maintaining, revising, exercising, and executing assessment plans for facility-based Supply Chain operations and optimization of existing policies and related processes
• Driving national-level standardized processes for operations and system utilization for both internal and external customers
• Lead operational assessments for facility-based Supply Chain operations
• Global responsibility to streamline and drive process and systematic efficiencies to improve effectiveness of requisitioning, receiving, inventory management, and distribution of all supplies within facilities supported by HCA Supply Chain
• Lead companywide system standardization initiatives for HCA Supply Chain which includes identification/implementation of best practices, project plans, policy and procedure, and supply reduction opportunities, this also includes any future project that HCA may request
• Identify and execute system improvement opportunities within HCA Supply Chain operations based on company standards and financial performance indicators
• Serve as subject matter experts on HCA's SMART material management system and point-of-use (POU) technology system to include responsibility for identifying needed functionality and enhancements
• Work in conjunction with the appropriate teams to help establish/design training programs for both Supply Chain and hospital stakeholders to improve facility-based Supply Chain performance

What qualifications you will need:

• Associates or Bachelor's degree is required
• 5+ year's experience in Supply Chain operations focusing on requisitioning, receiving, inventory management and distribution of all supplies within healthcare facilities
