Supply Chain Management Specialist (Digitalization, Sustainability, Supplier Diversity & FE)
This is not an class credit intern or coop position but can be a student
Hours per day - up to 6
24-32 hours a week
5 days per week
2 days a week in the office
Can work around class schedule if a student

Responsibilities:
This individual will support the overall function and various projects within the SCM team with a focus on Digitalization, Sustainability, Supplier Diversity, and Functional Excellence topics. The role will help the implementation of our SCM programs and strategies. This position will also help an award-winning Supplier Diversity Program. He or she will interact with a broad range of stakeholders including the Global SCM organization, Business Units, and other support functions in the Corporation. The individual will also interface with SCM employees in the Corporation to help them in SCM related processes, applications, and methods.
- Support the SCM in the implementation of the Global SCM Digitalization programs related to supplier management, contract management, supplier risk, etc.
- Work with the cross-functional teams including the Global SCM in the adoption and rollout of some of Digitalization technologies including robotic process automation and artificial intelligence.
- Analyze SCM reports, coordinate, and possibly lead various projects with a focus on process optimization in SCM area
- Interface with Commodity Managers and Buyers in the SCM team.
- Manage the department communication platforms (i.e. Intranet) and utilize tools including MS Forms
- Support external outreach and communications with small and diverse suppliers.
- Use analytics to help identify potential small and diverse suppliers to support Procurement activities
- Education Level Required: Preferably Sophomore/Junior/ in Math, Statistics, IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security or Business
- Strong proficiency with MS Applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Forms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer Service Orientation
- Extremely organized with ability to multi-task and excellent time management.
- Team Player
- Some analytical skills, i.e. Power BI or other applications (preferred)
