We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support the global Supply Chain team for our Medium Power Business Unit. As a key player in the Supply Chain excellence journey, you'll implement, facilitate, and improve processes and support projects to deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers. As part of this role, you will collaborate closely with the local Supply Chain teams across all Medium Power locations globally and support those with your reporting expertise as well as your knowledge on Supply Chain related data and process flows. For this position, there is some flexibility in location. Ideally you will be working out of a Hydrostatics (Medium Power) location in Americas region such as Ames (US), Freeport (US), Reynosa (MX) or Queretaro (MX).
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Execute ad hoc reporting/ data analysis as well as create & design new reports based on local/ global needs (Excel/ Power BI/ etc)
Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives in order to support local Supply Chain teams in optimizing their processes inside and outside of our SAP system
Closely collaborate with different functional areas in order to continuously optimize Supply Chain KPIs such as On-Time-Delivery, Inventory and Logistics Costs and related cross functional processes
Support execution of localization as well as product-life-cycle projects with your end-to-end Supply Chain expertise
Understand Supply Chain related data & data flows and secure that all relevant data are maintained and updated on time e.g. material master (safety stock, minimum order qty, lead time ...)
Participate in local and global projects and consult and train local Supply Chain teams
Participate in/ Support process development across business units/ divisions and roll out new tools and processes

Required (basic) qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management or similar and at least three years of relevant experience
Fluent English language skills
Job Criteria
Experienced with SAP (R/3, S/4) and Business Intelligence knowledge
(Advanced) Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
Extensive analytical skills alongside with an independent work style and a proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and network across functions, countries, and hierarchies
Curiosity and open-mindedness, considering outside-the-box approaches
Can-do attitude, flexibility, motivation to learn and develop your skills
Willingness to travel internationally as required (<10%)
