SUMMARY:
The Supply Chain Scheduling Analyst is responsible for execution, continuous improvement, and problem solving of Supply Chain processes to achieve business results. This person understands upstream and downstream business functions and customer requirements and solves problems within a single value stream. A portion of this role is transactional with some focus on driving continuous improvement.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Optimize production schedules in a lean environment, including coordination of services and materials to match production demands.
Analyze and communicate value stream capacity and constraints
Take ownership in performing root cause analysis and drive corrective actions across the Supply Chain utilizing tools such as ERP, Kanban, spike tools, 5Y, A3, etc.
Collaborate with internal and external partners including suppliers, Operations supervisors and team leads, local and network-wide Supply Chain Analysts and master planners, customer service, IT, and logistics/warehousing
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree and/or 4+ years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume, lean environment
Working knowledge of Supply Chain technologies (ERP, MES, WMS)
Advanced skills and experience with Microsoft Office, ERP, and Reporting systems (Power BI, BOBJ)
Strong verbal and written communication skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and strong aptitude in process improvement and problem-solving
Ability to understand customer needs and drive to meet these requirements
Demonstrates urgency and takes responsibility for addressing critical roadblocks to achieving goals
NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools such as pull systems, PDCA thinking, value stream mapping, process mapping, and Kanban systems

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
