Supply Chain Analyst

Job Purpose

Supply Chain Analysts are a liaison between sales, marketing, distribution, and KAM production. SC Analysts need key problem-solving skills and decision making to react and coordinate various projects and task delegated to them by top management. SC Analyst manage inventory, forecasting and planning for KHI and often present to top management within the various divisions.

The analyst should have a wide array of skills, including, but not limited to the following: reporting skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, managing processes, organization skills, compiling and analyzing information, proof-reading skills, professionalism, proactive problem solving, effective time management, verbal and written communication skills, telephone skills, listening skills, customer focused internal and external and handles pressure in a productive manner.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Analyze sales forecast

• Monthly rolling forecast review and analysis
• Needs list analysis
• POS data analysis
• Manage the meeting with Manufacturing
• Communicate with each salesperson as necessary base
• Others as needed

2. Inventory Control

• Analyze season end inventory (Seasonal product)
• Control year-end inventory
• Others as needed

3. Supply planning (Yearly, Monthly)

• Warmers (Recreational)
• Warmers (Medical)
• Healthcare
• Outdoor
• Others as needed

4. SKU management

• Maintain appropriate quantity level
• Propose discontinue item (yearly basis)
• Others as needed

5. Independently complete special project as needed

• Request basis

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree Required

Supply Chain experience and data analytical skills preferred

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

Prolonged sitting and computer work, occasional walking, light lifting, up to 40 pounds from time to time.
