Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SUPPLY CHAIN management, data analysis, and process optimization. As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining SUPPLY CHAIN models, forecasts, and KPIs to support decision-making and enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SUPPLY CHAIN models, forecasts, and KPIs to support decision-making, including demand forecasting, inventory forecasting, and production planning.
Assess labor requirements for production to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource allocation.
Optimize inventory levels and safety stock to minimize stockouts and maintain efficient inventory management.
Closely monitor key customer demand and supply to proactively address potential stockouts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyze SUPPLY CHAIN data, including Point of Sale (POS) data, to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze material requirements and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials for production and distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SUPPLY CHAIN initiatives and process improvements.
Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate key SUPPLY CHAIN metrics and insights to stakeholders.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SUPPLY CHAIN management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in SUPPLY CHAIN management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in SUPPLY CHAIN analysis or related roles.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical methods.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server for data querying and manipulation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
