Supervisory It Specialist (Infosec)

You will serve as a Supervisory IT Specialist (INFOSEC) in the Configuration Management Branch (10922), Information Cybersecurity Division (1092) in the Information Technology and Cybersecurity (ITACS) Office (109) of NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Experience utilizing knowledge of network Change Management process and development of policy and guidelines in that area.
• Experience in providing first level supervision and management oversight of work assigned to a subordinate staff composed of civilian and contractor personnel.
• Experience applying knowledge in the field of Information Technology with an expertise in cyber security issues including evaluating and reporting on accomplishments sufficient to manage assigned projects and to work with other departments to establish priorities for IT investments and build business cases.
• Experience preparing reports in written and oral communication format and providing briefings on current and future requirements including ability to influence and negotiate skills.
• Experience with interrelationships of multiple IT disciplines to identify and manage requirements.
• Extensive experience applying knowledge in the field of Information Technology with an expertise in cyber security issues.
