It Specialist

SMACNA is seeking an IT Specialist to join its operations department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent troubleshooting skills across various areas, including Microsoft Office 365, PC/Laptop Hardware/Software, Apple Computer Hardware/Software, Mobile Device Management, Printers/Scanners, Basic Networking and Firewall, and Website CMS experience. Must be detail-oriented and a team player.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking
• Provide support for Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Maintain and manage mobile devices within the organization
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers and scanners
• Manage basic networking and firewall configurations
• Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency

Required skills:

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, PC/Laptop Hardware/Software, Apple Computer Hardware/Software, Mobile Device Management, Printers/Scanners, Basic Networking and Firewall, and Website CMS
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications or training in IT-related fields preferred

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
