Purpose and Objective:

Success Factors, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Specialist at our Reston, VA location to design and develop systems, applications, products, services and data to optimize / automate SAP’s business processes and improve work efficiency.

Expectations and Tasks:

Engage with business stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver solutions to business requirements. Perform complex data and system development along with technology integration through learned technology coding languages. Facilitate the system / service / product lifecycle, and ensure stable, secure, performant and high available operations for and between system and cloud services. Facilitate agile engagement with the business. Revise and update existing programs and provide required documentation. Oversee cloud technologies, the associated architectural styles (e.g. microservices, containerization, serverless architectures) and web development stacks. Apply agile software delivery process and the industry-standard toolset for DevOps implementation. Apply modern data processing technologies and methods, such as non-SQL databases, data lakes etc. Apply modern SaaS platform, integration and extensibility concepts. Apply common Service Governance Frameworks to fulfill Corporate Security Standards, cover Risk Management and Audit requirements.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Business or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The Company will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technical Business, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Work Experience:

Experience must involve 2 years in the following:

• Databases: Oracle and MS SQL Server;
• Cloud Technologies: Azure Cloud, AWS and Google Cloud;
• Microsoft Suite: MS Project, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Planner;
• BI tool, including SAP Analytics, MicroStrategy or MS Power BI;
• SharePoint; and;
• JIRA and ServiceNow.

Travel: N/A

Telecommuting permitted. Position can be based in any US location.
