Description

Performs the entire process of getting Interpreters for all LEP patients who have appointments. Oversees Interpreters' billing process and ensures compliance of DSHS/PHPDA requirements. Supervises all Per Diem Interpreter staff. Ensures Interpreter Services Department's infrastructures and equipments are in line with the growing needs of the company and all staff members are trained accordingly. Works closely with clinic leadership and staff to resolve complaints and interpreter scheduling issues and concerns. Also works with the interpreter community and other interpreter managers in the area. Serves as main liaison for interpreter services vendors. Creates and shares monthly reports and statistics on interpreter services department performance.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2 years College Or equivalent educ/experience
  • 3 years Leadership experience.
  • Customer service or administrative assistant experience in a medical setting.
  • Multi-line phone experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master Scheduling experience in a multi-specialty clinic setting.

About the Team
