Founded in 1899 as one of Chicago’s original settlement houses, Association House has a 122-year history of meeting the most pressing needs of those in the communities we serve. POSITION SUMMARY
Provides ongoing supervision to program staff to ensure quality of care, documentation and productivity. Ensures authorization, coordination of services and continuity of care of participants. Develops and establishes intensive outreach strategies to maintain program capacity. Monitors delivery of behavioral health services and ensures continuous quality improvement in relation to program goals and standards. Coordinates and ensures appropriate crisis management services. Works closely with other programs and service providers in the community to increase service access and to strengthen community relationships.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related social services area from an accredited university or college.
- QMHP required.
- Bilingual-Spanish preferred.
- Two years of experience in community behavioral health setting.
- Experience working in diverse populations.
