Job Description
The CosMc’s Brand & Menu Strategy Supervisor provides a key support role for the marketing & Menu team. This team oversees Brand & marketing strategy including the go-to-market plan, Menu Strategy & execution and consumer insights research and application.
The Brand & Menu Strategy Supervisor serves as support across the team, working closely with the director to identify key needs for the coming month and flexing across marketing, menu and consumer insights projects accordingly. They will partner with cross-functional leads including, but not limited to, supply chain, digital experience, and operations.
In addition to following McDonald’s policies and procedures, principal accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- On-the-ground support for restaurant level grand-opening plans including experiential events, signage needs and merchandise distribution
- Tracking menu evolution over time including supplier engagement, changing ingredients and nutritional implications
- Managing creation of brand book, in partnership with marketing agencies, capturing key decisions and strategic thinking so future application
- On-going competitive monitoring of key competitors via social, search & media activity with monthly share-out to marketing & Menu team
- Execute in person research across Dallas locations, gathering insights on menu and overall experience.
- Partner with cross-functional leads across the organization for series of immersion sessions within team
Qualifications
- Strong relationship development and management skills. This role collaborates with internal and external partners across functions on a regular basis.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to quickly pivot from one project to another
- Eye for business with a demonstrated ability to understand the broader Company strategy, and how to use communication to get results.
- The capacity to thrive in dynamic environments, while being flexible, collaborative, and reliable
- Marketing experience in some capacity
- Bachelor’s degree
