Oversee and manage all aspects of Nursing operations within the organization
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and maintain a safe and effective healthcare environment
- Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Manage budgets, resources, and supplies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among nursing staff
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Master's degree preferred)
- Current state nursing license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role
- Strong knowledge of acute care systems and processes
- Experience working in assisted living, Medicare, or hospice care settings is a plus
- Excellent documentation review skills and proficiency in medical terminology
- Ability to effectively manage and lead a team of Nursing professionals
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- In-depth understanding of anatomy and physiology
