We are looking for the right individual to fill this important and rewarding role. This PM Supervisor assists our Account Manager in overseeing our Valet and Guest Service team. We have a great team in place, an awesome culture, we just need the right leader.
The Supervisor makes a bi-weekly schedule, approves payroll, and communicates with our office and leadership teams. The supervisor works alongside our team training and coaching to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. No sales, no inventory, no cash handling, no products, all the things that give you sleepless nights: no returns, no chargebacks, no ordering, no shrinkage, NO P&L, JUST PEOPLE, JUST EMPLOYEES. Just a helpful, clean, safe and rewarding environment where you encourage your employees to do their best to help guests. Happy employees, happy customers. Leadership experience is a MUST. We will provide detailed training on our service and safety policies & procedures! This position is supported by Field Supervisors, our Account Manager and our administrative team. Requirements:
- Proven history of management experience required.
- Outstanding communication, planning, and organizational skills
- High school or equivalent. College preferred, but not required with sufficient management experience.
- Positive and friendly attitude and ability to provide exceptional 5-STAR customer service
- Ability to stay calm in any environment and impress that upon our team
- 40-50hr work week with ability for on-call as needed for incidents and reporting
- Ability to maintain a staff with the goal of 5-star experience for patients and guests
- Well spoken with excellent communication
- Previous valet experience or similar industry preferred
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and driving test
- Minimum 4yrs customer service experience
