Salary- Establish and maintain positive professional relationships with students, staff, administration, families, and community
- Serve as a receptionist, receiving telephone calls and guests to the school and directing them to the correct people and places.
- Assist with the arrival and dismissal of students.
- Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents
- Assist with processing correspondence, student information, filing, distribution, and collection of materials
- Completes other duties as assigned
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance
- Coordinate transportation, arrival, and dismissal with the program leader
- Assist in the placement and coordination of substitutes
- High School Diploma
- Strong secretarial skills, including typing, filing, computer skills, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to exercise initiative, flexibility, independent judgment, and discretion in performing duties
- Previous office or school experience preferred
- Ability to speak a second language preferred
- if Summer School overlaps with current work calendar, accommodations will be made to make up hours
