Are you passionate about Eary Childhood Education? We are actively seeking a qualified Office Manager to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the preschool. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently to make sure the daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone, scheduling appointments and coordinating schedules
• Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
• Maintain trusting relationships with parents and team members
• Perform receptionist and administrative duties
• Working closely with the owner
• Management of the school

Skills:

• Experience at an office, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
• Knowledge of computer systems
• Working knowledge of office equipment (scanning, faxing, computer)
• Organizational and time management skills a plus
• Problem-solving a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office, Excel, Constant Contact

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
