OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR FOR A DRIVING SCHOOL

Alpha Truck Driving School is currently hiring for a part-time position as a Front Desk Office administrative in our Elgin, IL location. As a Front Desk Office Administrator, you will be responsible for greeting our students, answering questions of current and potential students on the premises of our office, over the phone, and through social media. Signing up new clients and maintaining accurate records of existing students and other miscellaneous office tasks.

SHIFT HOURS: Part time: Mondays - Fridays from 5 p.m. - 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Qualification

• Flexible to work Saturday Hours
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and customer service skills
• Sales experience (not required, helpful in field)
• Proficiency with computer, Microsoft/google software’s, and basic typing skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must enjoy working with people and teams.
• Office experience (recommended)
