The Naked Oyster Bistro is a serving year around fresh from scratch food for the past 20 years. Creative cooking with local ingredients, the restaurant has his own oyster farm and summer garden.
This is a Full time not weather dependent with potential for over time. Looking for seasonal with potential of year around
The job is to set up sauté or grill line, prep, maintain clean station, cook during service, communicate with team, break down and clean station, write a prep list for next shift. Previous experience as a lead cook helpful but not required.
