Experienced line cooks, prep and Grill cooks are required to have deep knowledge of cooking temperatures and operating grilling equipment. Responsible for the preparing each order by following standardized recipes. Ensure that proper food handling and sanitation procedures are being followed. Prepares visually appealing and great tasting dishes and ensures that all items are completed in a timely manner and delivered hot and fresh to the servers.

Lighthouse Inn, owned and operated by the Stone Family since 1938, is a 68 room, full service oceanfront resort located in West Dennis on Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The Inn employs seasonal workers from mid-May to mid-October and offers the opportunity to interact with guests and other staff from many different places with diverse interests. The beach location is the perfect setting to enjoy social time outside of work and to create long lasting friendships.Lighthouse Inn is host to corporate meetings, banquets, weddings, family reunions and other group functions. In July and August the Inn hosts small groups, functions and weddings, but caters mostly to social guests who are vacationing.
HOUSING:
For those applicants who are able to work until mid-October, housing may be available for rent through Lighthouse Inn. Housing is limited and available only to full season staff members (employed through Columbus Day in October) on a first come, first served basis. Please be aware that this housing is co-ed and provided in one of our 6 bedroom houses with 10-12 people of varying ages, habits and interests. All rooms are double occupancy.
