Our internship program gives you an opportunity to go beyond the classroom and gain relevant, hands-on experience, contributing to some of our biggest projects in meaningful ways.
The immersive 10-week experience begins with an orientation, where you’ll be introduced to the sports betting and online gaming industry and how BetMGM is creating incredible moments for our customers. Following orientation, you’ll receive on-the-job training and day-to-day responsibilities to contribute to your team throughout the summer. You’ll be partnered with a player-coach within your team, someone you can lean on as you explore and learn. And by week 10, you’ll build transferable technical and business skills.

How You'll Leave Your Mark:
As a Summer Intern on the Player Experience Product Team at BetMGM, your primary focus will be to shepherd an idea through the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) while also examining its impact on customer service and self-service capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our wider product team, gaining hands-on experience in ideation, feedback gathering, and product documentation. Throughout the internship, you will participate in team meetings, product reviews, and collaborative sessions with other Product Managers, Designers and Researchers to ensure successful project outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Customer Support, Design and User Research to conceptualize, design, and develop new product features or enhancements.
- Analyzing product performance metrics and user engagement data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Essential Functions
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in product management and development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Rising juniors, seniors, and recent grads.

Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. The position is also eligible for an annual bonus.
