This internship will be part of the Digital Marketing team supporting the CRM discipline. This role will drive and understanding of becoming an email marketing subject matter expert building relationships with cross-functional teams to influence, drive sales and build breakthrough CRM programs. The CRM team is responsible for managing best in class CRM programs including development of test and learn activations, applying learnings to future activations, audience management and having a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
We would like the intern to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, help us identify new opportunities throughout the consumer engagement journey to grow awareness, engagement and conversion.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an accredited University
- Proper work authorization
- Maintain a 3.0 or higher GPA
- MBA in Marketing preferred
- Required Reporting Location: 85 Challenger Road, Ridgefield Park, NJ (Office days required Monday through Thursday)
- Must be able to work throughout the summer: 6/3/2024-8/9/2024
Technical Skills Required for Internship:
- Recent graduate or student currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in the field of Marketing, Communications, or another related business field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on quantitative analysis (Excel) and the creation of presentations (PowerPoint)
- Self-starter with desire to learn and contribute
- Great collaborator and strong communication skills
- Analytical and quantitative skills including the ability to analyze reports
- Strong organizational skills
- Acquires and applies job skills and learns the company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks that are routinely/semi-routinely in nature
- Normally follows established procedures on work. Requires instructions on tasks
- Clear and concise oral and written communicate skills
- Creative, curious and clear thinker that can sift through the data to get to the core of the matter
